I have been working with Scott on personal training 2-3 times per week since the beginning of 2011. I have seen visible muscle development and much more flexibility. I used to suffer with knee and leg pain, and Scott showed me some very specific stretching exercises that have completely resolved the pain. I had previously seen chiropractors and traditional physicians, but Scott was able to fix the problem. I am amazed with his level of knowledge around body mechanics and muscle and strength development. Not only am I now stronger after only 6 weeks, I feel better with a natural solution to join and muscle pain. – Terry
